The IT Specialist would be part remote and part either Roswell or Marietta office locations (both GA, USA). Responsibilities for I T Specialist: Responsible for the basic maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization. Oversee all Helpdesk operations, attending to users’ requests and issues. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors using diagnostic tools, documenting both problems and resolutions. Prioritize requests and regular tasks based on requestor and severity. Update documentation of current IT infrastructure to changes documented. Submit change requests through proper systems and procedures. Qualifications for IT Specialist 1-3 years of experience with Helpdesk operations. Strong troubleshooting abilities. Basic working knowledge of the following technologies: Active Directory, Print Servers, File servers. Working Knowledge of O365. Basic knowledge of VMWare and VMWare Horizon a plus.
